Waiting for a bus? Bicycle left at Toa Payoh bus stop

STOMPer Senthil saw this bicycle chained to a bus stop at Lorong 4 Toa Payoh, and wonders if it was 'waiting for a bus'.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"I saw this bicycle chained to a bus stop pillar this morning (July 11).

"It was at Lor 4 Toa Payoh, Bus stop B02.

"Maybe waiting for a bus."
