STOMper Kevin's maid was apparently the victim of a hit-and-run accident that occurred this morning (June 30) at Jurong. He is appealing for witnesses to the accident.
He said:
"My maid was a victim of a hit-and-run accident this morning (June 30, 2012) at the traffic light T-Junction of Jurong East Ave 1 and Jurong East Street 32 between 7.00am - 7.15am.
"She was crossing the road at the pedestrian crossing when the traffic light was in her favour. She was hit by a black vehicle.
"She apparently fell and hit her face on the car. She said the driver of the black car got out, looked at her, then got back in and drove away.
'We brought her to NUH afterwards. Her face is swollen, and her toes are scraped. We have made a police report.
"Any witnesses with info regarding the incident would be greatly appreciated."

A maid is still a human being. Even a dog getting run over by that bowler created such a big reaction. Hope she fully recovers soon.
That driver is the worse kind out there.
