Weather too warm? Uncle queues shirtless at the bank

STOMPer Sambal Belacan says she was shocked by the sight of this uncle queueing shirtless indoors at a bank outlet.

The STOMPer says:

"I went to the POSB at Tiong Bahru this afternoon during lunchtime.

"I was shocked to see this uncle lining up in the queue with no shirt on.

"All the other customers they looked oblivious to him.

"It was a hot day, but it was much cooler there in the bank, so he did not need to have his shirt off.

"Even the security guard showed no signs of giving him any advice about putting his shirt on.

"I didn't know what happened next, as I just spent about ten minutes in that place after being served by a customer service officer."
