Just how unpleasant are Singaporean men? Ungentlemanly, stingy and arrogant are just some of the words local women use to describe their male counterparts.
The controversial remarks by local Mediacorp artiste Felicia Chin sparked a round of debate over how unpleasant Singaporean men are. She said that local men these days are arrogant, immature and money-minded.
RazorTV hit the streets to find out what other women think of their male counterparts. Most agreed with the Mediacorp artiste, adding that local men were ungentlemanly and gossipy. Some even went on to say that men judged women too harshly and were over-concerned with physical appearances.
STOMPer Jerald, who watched the video, said:
"It's funny how these women have so much to criticise about men.
"I wonder if they are any better.
"I too find many women gossipy, gold-digging, and hypocritical.
"These flaws surface in both men and women, so what's there to complain about?
"Perhaps these women are simply looking for love in all the wrong places.
"That's why they are so jaded."
