BTW as a driver and a cyclist, ITS AN ACCIDENT. DON'T TAKE SIDES, DON'T CHOOSE SIDES AND DON'T FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, MAKE SIDES with that puny brain of yours. The driver frankly also don't want trouble. Else it won't be called an accident but a murder. Drivers are not highly paid pple and they have to work through the night or in the wee hours of the morning to contribute to the building of our nation. Cyclist are not allowed on pavement so they ride on the roads. No one wants to die you idiots. Its about preventing further accidents. Stop your bullshit crap PLEASE.

A proficient driver would know. When driving on the public road, you have the responsibility to be aware of your surrounding and drive safely for the sake of all other road users. Those of you who believe and comment "cyclists are not supposed to be on the road" have already failed as you have not been well-informed about the road traffic law. Perhaps, forgotten about your driving theory such as always look out for predestrains and cyclists along the side of the road. The driving test is to determine the driver's basic skills, in-depth driving knowledge and that he/she can handle the machine while driving on the public road.
