STOMPer Irory is concerned about the welfare of this dog and her two puppies that live unsheltered at the Japanese Garden and is appealing to locals to help them.
Irory said:
"I found a family of dogs hanging around the lawn at the side of the pathway to the Japanese Garden (as shown in the picture, two puppies with their mum).
"They must be suffering a lot, with mosquitoes around and being hungry in the rain but I cannot offer them shelter as I am a foreigner who is currently renting a room here.
"Thus, I hope kind-hearted locals can take action as soon as possible to save these poor creatures.
"They are always there in the recent three days, under a tree.
"I have placed a black umbrella there and some food, hoping it can help them a bit but now it's raining again..."
