K-Pop idol group Girls' Generation member, Jessica Jung has thrown out possibly the worst ceremonial first pitch at a baseball game in history.
Recently, Jessica was invited to throw out the ceremonial first pitch at a Korean professional baseball game between LG Twins and Samsung Giants.
She wound up her pitch with a perfect pose before throwing the ball. Unfortunately, she hurled the ball into the ground right in front of her, drawing laughter from the audience.
Cringing with embarrassment, she quickly left after taking a bow.
Video of her pitching gaffe had not only gone viral in Korea, but had also been featured on a popular sports programme.
A sports show host described Jessica's pitch as 'quite possibly the worst ceremonial pitch we have ever seen... great windup, but no delivery'.
STOMPer Sone who sent in the video wrote:
"The pitch was terrible, but she still looked gorgeous!
"She would probably be too embarrassed to touch baseball for the next couple of years."
