Town Council: Cleaners at Ang Mo Kio notified to step up cleaning efforts

A spokesperson for Ang Mo Kio Town Council said that cleaners in that area have been notified to step up cleaning efforts, in response to STOMPer Lee's post that a resident there threw leftover food from the 11th floor.

The spokesperson said:

"We have noted STOMPer Lee's feedback on this issue.

"With regards to the littered area, we have notified our cleaners to step up their effort to clear the litters daily.

"As the high-rise littering issue comes under the purview of NEA, we have assisted to notify NEA on this.

"In future, you may wish to email NEA directly through their feedback channel at Contact_NEA@nea.gov.sg if you experience similar cases. "
