Teen is asking for trouble sitting on railing at Hougang Green mall
STOMPer Brandon felt afraid for a teenage boy who was sitting dangerously on the edge of a railing.
Said the STOMPer:
"I was having dinner at Hougang Green when I glanced up and saw this teenage boy sitting on the edge of the railing
"I was afraid he would fall."
