Guilin women force male tourists to take photos with them for $2
If you visit Guilin in China, beware of a group of women wearing traditional ethnic costumes who will force you to take a photo with them for $2.
The women would stand at the entrance of Yinziyan, a scenic tourist area, every day and pressure male visitors into taking photos with them.
One tourist had his both arms grabbed by two women.
After the photo was clicked, the women insisted that the tourist pay each one of them 10 yuan (SGD 2).
The man refused, and the women immediately hurl all kinds of verbal abuse at him.
STOMPer bakedfroyo said:
"This is quite ridiculous.
"Instead of attracting tourists, it's scaring them away!
"In Singapore, these women can be charged for assault!"
