In what has to be one of the strangest lawsuits ever, a man in California is suing BMW for his constant erection.
The man claims that he has had a non-stop erection for 20 months which allegedly started with the "ridge like seat" in his 1993 BMW motorcycle.
He is suing BMW and seat makers Corbin-Pacific for lost wages, medical expenses, emotional distress and what he calls "genera damage". He also claims that he "now is unable to engage in sexual activity, which is causing him substantial emotional and mental anguish."
STOMPer Vassili, who came across the article, said:
"Oh man, this has to be the weirdest cases ever. If it were really true, shouldn't the man be happy?
"I mean, who needs Viagra if you can get a constant erection by sitting down on your bike!
"But I have to say it does sound a little ridiculous."
Although there is no medical data to support the man's lawsuit, experts say that both men and women can get a feeling of numbness in the genital region after compressing the area for a prolonged period of time.
