Local club Avalon played host Miss Pole Dance Southeast Asia 2012. International pole dancers showed of their acrobatic moves, but only one contestant could be crowned champion.
Naoko Enomoto from Singapore was the winner of the regional pole dance competition.
600 guests watching with bated breath as dancers took to the pole to showcase their strength, grace and agility.
Miss Enomoto had previously won Miss Pole Dance Singapore 2010.
She said she did not expect to win this year as competition was strong.
The competition was organised by Bobbi's Pole Studio Singapore, and is in its third year here.
This was the first time the competition accepted regional participants.
Ana Marie Garbo from the Philippines clinched second place, while Svetlana Domanova (Nika) from Japan took the third spot.
