Residents at Yishun Ring Road throw water and rubbish out of kitchen window

STOMPer Ed noticed that some residents at Yishun Ring Road Block 137 occasionally threw water or rubbish out of the kitchen window.

Said the STOMPer:

"The units above mine at Block 137 Yishun Ring Road always like to water or throw rubbish out of the kitchen window during middle of the night, between 2am to 5am.

"So one day I tried my luck to take some evidence down by using my iPhone and it was a success.

"I made a complaint to HDB Yishun department with evidence but they said "this problem need refer to Town Council".

"Again I went down to Yishun Town Council but they said 'this problem need refer to NEA)and also said NEA department will contact you within two weeks time'.

"Finally NEA personnel came down but they replied "you need to stand out in e court for sue neighbour by personally.

"Or they will take action when they caught them personally by video.

"This problem has not been solved since Sept 2011, and it occurs every night."

That's why they want to install CCTV ! Still there are folks who are unhappy with this idea ! So how to punish the hooligans and stop this irresponsible behaviour ?

i have the same dumb problem with my area in marsiling. Town council replied to my emails pretty quickly but all that they could do is send out letters of warning. It did nothing to resolve the matter..people still throw rubbish.
