Teen climbs on top of ATM and snatches cash from unsuspecting woman
STOMPer O level witnessed a teenage boy, who was hiding on top of an ATM at NEX, grab the money that an unsuspecting woman had withdrawn then wave it around while the woman shouted at him.
Wrote the STOMPer:
"I was was at NEX early in the morning at around 8am when I noticed a a major conflict happening at the Serangoon NEX POSB ATM.
"I saw a teenager hiding on top of one of the machines, and when an auntie withdrew money, he grabbed her money and waved it around.
"The auntie shouted at him to return her the money, and he eventually did.
"Wow, teens now are getting from bad to worse."
