Is this legal? Bugis shop sells purse designed with S'pore currency notes

STOMPer Sam saw a purse designed with Singapore currency notes being sold at a shop in Bugis.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was having my lunch break today (April 26) at 1pm in the Bugis area when I came across a shop that sells cheap stuff.

"It's a Japanese shop located behind Bugis Street.

"As I was walking around the shop with my colleague, to my surprise I saw a purse that was designed with Singapore notes.

"A $1,000 note and a $100 note.

"As you can see, $100 note design has a specimen logo while the $1,000 note design doesn't have one.

"I wonder if its legal to design things with Singapore notes. Has anyone noticed it?"
