A spokesperson for Golden Village said the organisation apologizes for the inconvenience that two STOMPers faced at two different locations.
This was in response to STOMPer missgrossedout and STOMPer VC's post that they suffered insect bites at GV Plaza Singapura and GV Tampines.
The spokesperson said:
"We would like to apologize to STOMPers missgrossedout and VC for the unpleasant experience they had at GV Plaza and GV Tampines respectively.
"We are currently investigating these cases. Please be assured that Golden Village performs regular checks on the quality of our facilities and we always do our best to ensure that all our patrons have a clean environment to enjoy their movies.
"Golden Village encourages STOMPers missgrossedout and VC to contact us directly to help us in our investigations.
"Once again, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during their movie watching experience."
