Is he that hungry? Driver eats chicken in car and dumps bones on dashboard

STOMPer Yourface saw a driver in a passing vehicle dump chicken bones on his car's dashboard.

Said the STOMPer:

"This evil guy ate a poor chicken and misplaced the bones too.

His car got one dent at the fender, rims rusty, car like rundown.
From the looks of it, this person must be a big ganster of ah long runner. Better stay away from him and don't anyhow post his pic.
