Believe it or not, businesswoman Irene Lee who won the Elite Mrs Singapore pageant last year is 53 years old and housewife Jane Chua, a contestant for the pageant this year is 51 years old.
Recently, Ms. Lee took an age-defying leap and posed for her first set of semi-nude photos.
Ms. Lee told The New Paper that she is sharing her pictures to inspire the women who are married, have kids and have resigned themselves to taking a back seat in life.
She said she was very happy with how the pictures turned out and that her girlfriends were full of praise for the shots. She added that she does not diet and credits her shapely figure to dancing whenever she can. And no, there was no plastic surgery involved.
Ms Lee who was the finance director of a luxury goods group is married to local entertainer Jeffrey Gan and this is her third marriage. She has two children, a 24-year-old daughter and 23-year-old son who are from her first marriage to her JC sweetheart.
Ms. Chua has two sons, aged 22 and 11.
