Dogs aren't that cute any more if they're capable of such destruction
Dogs are supposedly cute creatures who'll cuddle with you when you're lonely so pictures of them tearing up the sofas and making a mess in the house, like these examples, certainly seem a little bit out of character.

the dog is most likely bored, restless and lonely...need to spend more time with them otherwise more "attention" will come...

fran9ipani i absolutely agree with that, i really hate those who give excuses saying that kid/dogs "are like that" when they misbehave. those people are just lazy and irresponsible parents/owners that are escaping from the fact that they cant discipline their kids/dogs.

this is because the dog didnt get any walks or insufficient walks. so the energy in them are stored up and thus they have to use it somewhere else which in this case, destruction. you cant really blame the dog if he/she does this. its partially the owners fault too. as the owner did not give it discipline. if you encounter this kind of problems, you can try watching Dog Whisperer. it really helps alot. i tried it on my dogs and they are all calm and submissive & they wont make thi kind of mess. hope this helped you (:

Discipline is the most important thing whether is to kids or dogs, by giving a lots of love does not make you a good parents or dog owner if you cannot teach them properly, the worse kind is those who would say things like oh kids/dogs are like that when they misbehaved and causes harm to others and damage other peoples properties and don't want to take responsibilities for what their kids/dogs done.

really hope stomper wont change his impressions about dogs, dogs are infact really nice, loyal and kind creatures with the proper discipline, just like humans. In this case, it is perhaps caused by the owner's wrong disciplinary methods in which causing the dog to be ill-disciplined.
