Man on motorised bicycle acts like he's on motorcycle and even beats red light

STOMPer Stuart spotted this man on a motorised bicycle on the second lane riding on the road. He sped off even before the lights turned green.

STOMPer Stuart said:

"I saw this man on his motorised bicycle while I driving along Upper Serangoon Road.

"It is very dangerous for him to be on the roads.

"What's more, he sped off even before the lights turned green."

Is the left lane a turn left only? If so he is correct. Did u check before stomping? 100kg man and bicycle. 3000kg car and driver. Respect the bike. They are saving the environment.

he should have buy a real motorcycle , even if he dun wan to
go take license also no big deal, cos drive w/o license + drunk + knock and kill people, only 4mth
jail only... so driving w/o license will only be charge max of 4mth
