Artist Raul Lemesoff took an old 1979 Ford Falcon and transformed it into a mobile library shaped like a tank.
His creation is called the Weapon of Mass Instruction, and it roams the streets of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The tank is comprised of approximately 900 books at any given time, and Lemesoff continues to restock his collection and hand out books for free.
His aim is to educate his community through sharing knowledge in the form of books.
Said STOMPer Roman:
"It is an interesting idea.
"People, especially younger generations, seem to read less this days.
"Perhaps such a project should be introduced in Singapore to spark an interest in reading."
