Although Sichuan girl Lei Qingyao lost both of her arms, it has not stopped her from being strong and optimistic. Now, she is searching for love by participating in Chinese television dating show If You Are the One.

Lei took part in the dating show in the hope of finding Mr. Right since her last failed relationship. During the show, she was said to have radiated confidence and optimism.

When quizzed about her ideal man, Lei replied that she hoped to find someone who's responsible, open-minded and psychologically strong as her life is quite different from other girls.

She also hopes prospective beaus will 'understand me, accept my lifestyle and walk me through the rest of my life.'

She added, 'I'm the sort of person who constantly worries about the future, so I hope he will be able to comfort me and stop my worrying'.

Currently a university student in her graduating year, Lei's confidence and positivity is an inspiration to many. Aside from starring in movies and winning awards, she is also the Vice President of the Sichuan Province Chengdu City Wenjiang District Association of Handicapped Persons.
