Yuki Teo recalls fondly the activities she and Jasmine Tan have shared, including ice cream hunting around Singapore, ice skating, eating sushi and shopping.
Yuki wrote:
"How I met my BFF Jasmine (加面 aka Add Noodles)? On a one fine day (a few years ago), we happened to attend the birthday party of one of our mutual friends. That is where I first saw her.
"We exchanged contacts and met up a few times. We had lots in common, from our mind set to hobbies, so we kept meeting up at least twice every week at Bugis.
"We share our happy times, troubled times, even relationship problems and sad times together. We can get super lame and chat for hours.
"I remember there was once I ignore her for a month, as she made me so mad at her (I forgot what she did). She can be super stubborn and dumb at times, but she is also super cute and nice to disturb.
"Jasmine always ride her bike to bring me to eat ice-cream all over Singapore. We will sing songs and act like no one can hear us on the road. Jasmine gave me lots of surprises like appearing at my office during lunch time. And we eat lunch together.
"We will find activities to do together. For example, ice-skating, sushi time, ice cream hunting, rounding, shopping and playing pool. We can take a few hundred photos together in one day.
"To date, we have taken more than a few thousand photos together, and we love doing it.
"On my wedding day, she was my 'sister' too, and helped me from morning to night. I will never forget how she made me smile when I almost lost my temper on my wedding day.
"You are wonderful Jas!!! Thanks for adding colour to my life. Let's do more crazy and fun things in the future!"
