Derrick's proudest moment is when his son uttered his first words: 'Mama'.
Derrick elaborates:
"This beautiful boy is named Denzel.
"There's something about him that everyone finds irresistible.
"From his wide-eyed curiosity to his enthusiasm, our bundle of joy always amazes us with the simplest things he does.
"We never knew we could love anyone so much.
"Our proudest moment was when Denzel peered up at us and uttered his first words: 'Mama'.
"Parenting has been so difficult.
"But whenever Denzel looks into our eyes and flashes that mischievous smile, we know it's all worth it.
"Can't wait for him to grow up - but we're enjoying the journey.
"We love you now and we always will."
