Juliyana says that her daughters Aleeya and Aleesa are her very own bundles of joy in life.

She elaborates:

" 'I'm sorry, but as you know, pregnancy with twins....you always have to expect the unexpected. I cant promise you all the good things. Meanwhile, you go home, take your medication and rest as much as you can.'

"I left the clinic, having thousands of thoughts and feelings. The only thing I wanted at that moment was the power to stop the clock from ticking.

"Knowing that my pregnancy was having serious complications, the only thing I thought was, if one of us have to go, I will choose to go and let my little twins a chance to see the world.

"On my last check up, a week before due, came in one more heart shattering news, the elder one was having complication to her lungs. How I wish that I could take all this pain away from this little ones.

"The day finally arrived. I have to give birth via caesarean. Everything happened so fast that I fell asleep right after the process. I didn't have the chance to see my little ones, neither did I know if all the three of us survived.

" 'Hi Madam, wake up Madam, you have to eat your medication.' When I woke up, everyone was there, my husband, mum and dad in law, mum and dad. But...I saw only one cot beside my bed. I peeped in and saw a beautiful tiny one sleeping.

"At that point of time, I prepared myself to hear the bad news. I asked 'Where is the other one?'

" 'Madam, the other one, she's in the nursery as its feeding time. Both of them are healthy!'

"I can't express how happy I was knowing that we all survived. What the doctor had said to me was true enough, 'EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED'. Miracles do happen if you believe in them.

"My little twins are turning one soon.

"I named them, Rizqah Aleeya and Rizqah Aleesa Binte Mohd Azhar.

"Including my first beautiful daughter and my husband who gave me non stop support, this is what I call my very own bundles of joy in life."
