This stall sells 'citicken' -- chicken from the city?

STOMPer Jason was amused to see a sign at a food stall that was selling 'Sea Weed Citicken'.

Wrote the STOMPer:

"This stall sells seaweed 'citicken'.

"The chicken is probably from the city."
