This looks like an 'official' parking lot in the Bukit Merah area, complete with a lot number. But look closer, it's on a road with double yellow lines.

Here's what STOMPer Ailem Koh wrote in an email today:

"This numbered common lot in Bukit Merah also has double yellow lines.

"Can or cannot park? Is this legal parking or illegal parking?"

So which authority (LTA / TP / URA) is negligence for forgetting to remove the double yellow line or for adding the white parking lots on the double-yellow line?
