'Loose wall' in condominium car park

STOMPer jonathan saw this notice in a condominum's car park. According to the STOMPer, there was a wall above him that had duct tape pasted on it.

The STOMPer said:

"I saw this notice in the basement car park of Castle Green condominium.

"I really wonder what a loose wall is.

"I saw a wall above me that had duct tape pasted on it."

Wa, new construction method. I faster inform my site mei-nei-jer. Maybe can claim some rewards for fast rectification works. BTW, what is the brand for the tape used har?

wah... prevent the wall from falling down with duct tape arh?... Industrial grade duct tape?

If it's really dangerous, they shld hv cordoned off the area.

Either the wall tiles or the wall concrete is in fragile state with cracks... might fall anytime...

Just encounter this at a luxurious condo external wall concrete recently also whereby the building age is more than 10 years... due to weather wear & tear again.

When wall collapses and hurt someone then immediate action will be taken otherwise everyone BOCHAP...

BTW what is the condo MC doing about "loose wall"???
