STOMPer Magician was shocked when he spotted this man cycling on the roof of a building at East Coast Park.

In an email to STOMP today (Mar 2), the STOMPer says:

“This picture was taken at East Coast Park when I went jogging one morning.

“I was surprised to see a cyclist on the roof of a building. How the cyclist got there is a mystery to me.

“Anyway the roof is not a safe place to cycle especially for a novice.”
