Two families who chose to publicly change diapers on a baby, rather than head to a nearby toilet, at the Giant hypermarket in Tampines and Changi Airport irked STOMPers nur and Sylvia respectively.

"There was a baby's room at the place yet this mommy just changed her son's diapers there -- right in front of the busy entrance.
"She even left the diapers there."
STOMPer Sylvia wrote:
"Disgraceful family changing their kid's diaper in public.
"The diaper was thrown on the floor and the child was running around butt-naked while screaming and shouting.
"It's a disgrace to Singapore when tourists see such a sight.
"The nearest toilet is less than a five minute walk.
"Why must they be so lazy and inconsiderate?"

I mean, its not as if they're some uncultured people who let their children poop on the public floor, their changing their diapers, which is more or less clean.
