The 'tall and vivacious' IT executive at the centre of Singapore's biggest sex-corruption scandal claims former Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) chief Ng Boon Gay had used his position to violate her, by forcing her to perform oral sex on him for contracts.
Yesterday (Sep 26) was the second day of the trial of former CNB director Ng Boon Gay, 46. He faces four counts of obtaining oral sex from Ms Cecilia Sue Siew Nang, 36, then a senior sales manager at Oracle Corporation Singapore, between July and December last year.
The first time it happened in July 2011, Ms Sue said she was shocked when Ng 'pushed my head down to his private parts and shoved his private parts into my mouth' while they were in a car at The Sentosa Singapore.
The second incident happened at HortPark at around 8pm last November. Ms Sue says Ng pushed her head down to his penis after he got excited while chatting about a pornographic website.
The third incident happened last Dec 2 at Mount Faber. Ms Sue claims they were chatting when Ng suddenly kissed her and pushed her down to his crotch as she struggled.
The fourth incident took place last Dec 9 when Ms Sue claims Ng asked to meet her at a carpark at the Singapore General Hospital. He apparently pulled down his pants and she was again forced to give him oral sex.
