Loan shark scrawls O$P$ message on wall of Hougang block of flats
STOMPer Ashwin spotted a scrawling on the wall of a bock of flats at Hougang Avenue 8 that was apparently made by a loan shark.
Said the STOMPer:
"Loan sharks.
"I stay at Hougang Ave 8.
"When I went down to buy a drink I saw this sign on the wall.
"I wanted to tell the police but I didn't have the time."

Don't have time to tell police, but got time to stomp????? I believe if you pick up your phone and dial 999, it will be faster than typing out this short article and stomp it.
