Loan shark runner pretends to distribute leaflets when caught on CCTV
STOMPer Hobbes spotted this man loitering in the common corridor near his flat carrying a tin of paint in a plastic bag. When he realised he had been caught on camera, he pretended to distribute some leaflets he had brought with him.
The STOMPer wrote:
"Check out this ah long runner's new tricks.
"This runner got caught on CCTV.
"When he realised he had been caught, he took out some leaflets, pretending to be distributing leaflets, but strangely, only two floors received them.
"Look at their new tricks to get away."

Do not be supprised..they will disguise as if distributing leaflets, at times as if pasting locksmith advertisement stickers. Most do this to walk past your hpouse for surveillance purpose, to find out who is in your house. Just be careful of anyone (let it be teens, mid age lady/ma, old uncles/unties and even foreigners) whom you have never seen if your area before. They can be cycling around, walking past your block, pretending to exercise under your opposite block or even pushing a pram. Be vigilent.

I wonder where the CCTV is located. Sometime back, I called HDB about installing one after one of our bicycles were stolen. The HDB said that we could install one WITHIN our HDB premises and NOT OUTSIDE the flat. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of installing a CCTV?
