Classic meets eclectic at this 5-room flat of four in Pasir Ris

Renovating a house does not need to cost a bomb, says Mrs Jessica Ong. She managed to transform this resale five-room flat at a very affordable budget into a charming classic and eclectic home.

Mrs Ong shares her renovation tip with Stomp:

"I realised that a lot of people spend thousands on renovation.

"I did a full overhaul and yet I spent only $45,000 in renovation.

"No one would expect that the renovation will include a French-inspired master bedroom."
