Inspired by cartoons like The Jetsons and Tron, STOMPer Vincent transformed his newly bought resale four-room flat in Pek Kio into a futuristic pod.
The 34-year-old bachelor had his designs materialise with the help of an interior design firm. He turned one of his extra bedrooms to a walk-in closet while the other is being used to display his massive toy collection.
The well-travelled bachelor said:
"I spend about $50,000 on renovation and it took two months for this overhaul to take place.
"My inspiration came from programs like The Jetsons and Tron. I am really impressed with the work done by the interior design firm.
"I broke the room connected to the master bedroom to make it bigger. The extra space is being used as a walk-in closet. Meanwhile, my toy collection room doubles up as a guest room.
"I don't do much entertaining but I've been told that my home is very vibrant and cheery.
"No one would believe that this flat is almost 30 years old!"
