Liane Wong and her husband, both run a building company, and it was easy to take the best ideas which they have encountered in their business and apply them to their matrimonial resale flat in Bedok.
The 28-year-old personally decided on the decor of the home and wanted a clean sleek look for the home. Her 30-year-old husband implemented her ideas.
"We have all our wires for our appliances concealed with partitions in our home so that it looks neat and tidy.
"That is the zen kind of look which we are going for."
The couple paid about $50, 000 in total for renovations and furnishings, after moving into the place five months ago.
They even have an animal theme for their dining room, which still adheres to the basic rule for every room in their home.
That is, that everything should sleek and neat.
