Driver leaves car in 'no parking' area to go shopping at nearby supermarket

STOMPer joseph spotted a car parked at a 'no parking' area in a carpark. The driver apparently went shopping nearby, said the STOMPer.

STOMPer joseph wrote:

"The driver parked his car at Block 330, Punggol Central for more than half an hour to shop at Sheng Siong.

"The car park is just above.

"This is what we call 'free parking'."
