Caught in the act: Cabby chats on phone while driving
STOMPer Jay spotted this cabby chatting on the phone while driving, without using a headset.
The STOMPer commented:
"Cabby chats on the phone while driving. Even if his vehicle is stationary, is this even allowed?
"They should use a headset as a communication instead.
"He's endangering other road users as well in this manner.
"Accidents happen every now and then because of reckless drivers nowadays.
"Although they are on the road for long hours, they should be careful too as not to affect the other road users.
"Hopefully they will reflect on their mistakes."

There are some many drivers now using mobile phone while driving. No much police cars bikes patrolling the roads now, so its free for all!
