How can? Auxiliary police parked on double yellow zigzag lines

STOMPer Lim spotted this Auxiliary police van parked on double yellow zigzag lines near Punggol Plaza.

Said the STOMPer:

"How can this be happening?

"If we were parked there, we would have gotten demerit points and a fine.

"But its alright if they park there?

"Is this fair?

"This happened on the first of February at about 3.30pm near Punggol Plaza."

Send this photo and link to LTA & TP. Ask them to issue summon on that vehicle as STRICTLY NO STOPPING, PARKING, WAITING ALONG DOUBLE YELLOW ZIG ZAG LINES!
