It's all about the money, so says this car's licence plate

STOMPer freezy1977 spotted a car without a licence plate. In its place, however, was what seemed like a dollar sign.

Said the STOMPer:

"Where's the car plate?

"I was refilling at Shell petrol station today and a black car caught my attention.

"Not by its size or LED headlights, but it has a $ sign as its licence plate.

"Did they run out of numbers to issue?"
