Debris in truck is dangerous for other road users

STOMPer Albkoh was travelling on the PIE when he noticed this truck which was overloaded with debris.

Said the STOMPer:

"I spotted this truck which was overloaded with debris on the PIE this morning.

"It seemed dangerous because the debris seemed on the verge off dropping out of the truck at any moment.

"Is there a way to ensure the safety of the road users from these types of hazards?
