Drivers hold up traffic for 30 minutes to discuss accident details

These two drivers apparently got into an accident and held up traffic outside Parkway Parade for almost 30 minutes as they discussed the accident.

STOMPer Hot Papa says:

"These 2 cars had an accident on Jan 15.

"They were exchanging contacts and had a discussion which lasted almost 30 minutes.

"This created more problems for motorists to enter Parkway Parade, especially near to the pickup and taxi stand area.

"How come the 2 drivers cannot drive to a place and settle the matter, instead of being so inconsiderate and causing a traffic jam for other motorists?"

@foolish, if u r not sure of accident laws, pls don't comment to mislead others!
Only ppl got injured or killed during accidents, then drivers r not allowed to move their vehicles n the dead body (as evidence of accident took place) Pls don't attempt to move the injured who could not move as u might break his joint bones accidentally!
