Van driver dangles plastic bag out of window while on the move

STOMPer Nurul was near Changi Village when she noticed this driver dangling a plastic bag filled with items out his window, while his van was on the move.

Said the STOMPer:

"I was near Changi Village at 10pm, when I noticed this vehicle.

"This van driver was trying to discard a bag of thrash while driving.

"He did not get an opportunity to discard the bag, and eventually went away in a different direction at a junction."

This must be a company van. Note down the company name and shoot him jiat lat jiat lat. Company will issue him a warning letter.
Such driver must be punished severly if not he will do it again given the opportunity
