Pillion rider might endanger herself carrying bolster...or fall asleep

STOMPer Bedbug saw a pillion rider on a motorcycle holding unusual cargo -- a bolster.

Said the STOMPer:

"Is this allowed on the road?

"Spotted this bike along the CTE last evening at about 6pm.

"I'm afraid the pillion might fall asleep with the bolster.

"Is this allowed by the LTA?

"What can be done to improve road safety?"

This is indeed a VERY STI_IPID POST! Still got cheek to ask LTA is this allowed. There is definitely nothing wrong on the carrying a bolster by the pillion rider.
