Driver stops car on two-way lane in busy industrial area

STOMPer angryinajam was annoyed to see a car stopping on a two-way lane in a busy industrial area.

Said the STOMPer:

"Look at what's happening here: This car is stopping on a two-way lane.

"What's happening to Singapore's safety traffic rules?!

"This causes a big jam because this is an industrial area and many lorries need to go by this way.

"Please fine this kind of inconsiderate driver heavily so that they will learn their lesson."
