Biker thinks he owns the void deck

STOMPer ComplainKing noticed a motorcycle parked at the lift lobby that reminded him of doorstep parking on landed property.

Said the STOMPer:

"I saw this bike parked at the lift lobby like in landed property where there is doorstep parking.

"Why are the authorities so strict with cars but not with motorbikes?"

Strict with cars? Now many times do you see wardens summon cars park on double yellow line, TP summon drivers for driving while on the phone, smoking when driving, parking in handicap lot, obstructing the road and etc?
