'Please don't summon me!': Bus driver leaves note -- after parking in handicap lot
A bus driver left a note pleading for leniency, after parking in a handicap lot. STOMPer Ahwen feels such drivers deserve to be punished instead.
The STOMPer wrote:
“I was walking back home when I saw a bus parked in a handicapped lot at Jurong West around 1am early this morning (Nov 4).
“A paper was on the windscreen, saying 'Hi, I will be leaving at 4am, please do not summon me! Thanks!'.
“What kind of a driver is this -- parking illegally at a handicapped lot and then asking the authorities to ignore the offence.
“The authorities should not go easy on drivers like this one.

Things might be different if you were in this driver shoes right? Think about this and reflect. I am not encouraging them to do it this way but if the lot somehow is empty for a day or so on, why not just let him park for a while? He may be tired and a BUS? There is no multi storeys for bus FYI.
a friend of mine parked his van at the side for 15mins as the loading bay is full , a note was placed on the windsheild stating the time and address for the unloading job, and yet, get summoned when he came down on the 20th minute and is all because the lift went maintainance and he had to walk all the way down from 15th floor, while the other lift is really super slow. He was summoned within the first 15mins. Yes, its his bad luck. Worse is, he got the summon. Went to appeal also no use. So like i said, SUMMON is SUMMON, no matter wat....
