Driver recklessly goes against flow of traffic on one-way road
STOMPer Cliff came across a reckless driver at Mandalay Road who went against the intended flow of traffic. The STOMper feels that such dangerous drivers endanger both themselves and others.
The STOMPer wrote:
“I was driving along Mandalay Road today (Oct 25) when I came across an oblivious driver of a white Toyota Corolla.
“The driver first failed to stop as required at a cross junction that was marked with stop line and sign.
“Despite the road signs, the driver proceeded against the direction of traffic of a one-way street.
“In doing so, he could have collided head-on with a vehicle turning off Balestier Road.
“It makes my heart heavy that such unsafe drivers are out on the roads.”

people make mistakes. sometimes they miss the roadsign. But such a defence won't be accepted by the enforcement agency. It all boils down to drivers practicing the good habits that they learned before they got their licence.

@fooish_2010: overlooked?? put it tis way(im nt cursin ya) dun misunderstd...hw wud u react when ur luv or friends gt a mishap by tis 'overlooking' drivers?? & he/she ask u for som hearts. when a driver is behind the wheel,its s gd s walkin around wif a pointed knife,others pls hv a heart for them if they walked blindly
