NTUC Income riders think they're special? They park in handicap lot

STOMPer Mr Tan was annoyed to see these two NTUC Income riders boldly parking in a handicap lot at Block 21 Defu Lane.

The STOMPer wrote (Oct 3):

"This morning, I saw two NTUC Income Orange Force vehicles boldly parked at the handicap lots at block 21 Defu Lane 10.

"When they arrived, many of those illegally parked motorcycles scrambled to move their vehicle as they thought that they were to be summoned by 'traffic enforcement staff'.

"As most of the bikes shifted and left with these NTUC bikes, most of the people at the coffee shop voiced how unfair it was.

"I hope the authorities take the necessary action."

Aiyah Mr Tan..... It must be people like you who bring others reputation down. Pls stop this absurd posting la. Maybe this riders just stop by to buy breakfast. And furthermore that area, everyone is like parking illegally. What do you expect from an commercial area. Don't be surprise if one day they are the one who will render you assistance on the road as I've seen 3 riders changing punctured Tyre for a helpless lady couple of months ago. I bet that its out of their job scope to do that also. Btw I wonder what is this Income riders for exactly.? Nice bike anyway though i prefer it purple.

I really don't bother whether they are from NTUC or whichever authorities. The ugly truth is our motorist are getting more and more inconsiderate and ungracious by parking blindly at lots meant for the disabled. The blue handicap parking sign is right in front of them and I can't believe the motorist missed it unless they are blind.

They are not special, they are simply ungracious motorist.

i think that they are not part of the authorities. but anyway, i think it really sounds a little like a personal attack. there is so many bikes there, but MR Tan just choose to take photo of the 2 orange bike from ntuc which is more striking. anyway nice heading.. what makes them think they are special... and so what makes you think so too? anyway good one Mr Tan
