Another rider risks life and the law by riding motorised bike on road

STOMPer tcbs saw this man riding a motorised bicycle which had no licence plate today (Aug 5).

All motorised bikes and normal bicycles should ride on the road unless there are cycle path. There do not allow to ride on the pedestrian path/walkway.
